These cases show how a request moves through the office. In the demo they run on sample data. Using them with your documents or tools requires setting them up and testing them in your deployment; they are not features switched on by default.
Request a demoPreparing a proposal
You ask for a proposal for a client. Iris splits the work: one profile gathers the available information, another drafts the structure and tone, and the draft comes back to you.
- What you provide: client notes and any templates or rates you want to use.
- What you get: a draft to review and edit.
- What you decide: what is sent, to whom and when.
Summarising a project
You ask where a project stands. The office pulls tasks, activity and notes into a summary of what is done, what is pending and what is blocked.
- What you provide: the project and its notes, or access to your project tool if that connection is agreed and verified.
- What you get: a starting summary for a meeting or an internal report.
- What you decide: what is shared and with whom.
Answering from authorised documentation
You need to reply to an enquiry using only your terms or procedures. The draft is prepared from the documents you authorise, and someone checks it before it is sent.
- What you provide: the documentation that may be used.
- What you get: a draft reply.
- What you decide: whether the reply is correct and whether it is sent.

If your team repeats another office task, we look at it in the diagnosis. We tell you whether it can be taken on, what it would need and what we would not recommend delegating.
